Bacon & Pea Pasta
This weeknight meal is simple to make and everyone in the family will love it! What could be better than bacon, peas & pasta!

Ingredients
- 1 package TC Farm Bacon
- We like to use the European Style Herb Bacon
- 1 lb pasta of your choice
- 1 10oz bag frozen peas, or use fresh peas if in season
- 1/4 C cream
- juice of 1 lemon
- parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions
- Cook pasta in a pot of salted boiling water.
- Chop bacon crosswise into small strips. Fry in a heavy large skillet until just crispy.
- Add peas to bacon in skillet; cook until thawed (about 3 minutes)
- Add cream, lemon juice, and cooked pasta to skillet. Stir to heat through.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper, parmesan and/or add more cream
